Ingredients for cupcakes.
Dry yeast (dried) itself is soaked in water and added two tablespoons of brown sugar. As soon as the cap, poured into a bowl and poured all three kinds of flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt and remaining sugar. (Corn and oat flour gives the muffins a special flavor. The flour in the ingredients should not be changed, otherwise the taste will change).
Smashed into the dough the eggs and added the melted butter.
The dough is well mixed until a homogeneous mass.
The form quite a bit of oil smeared with a paper towel. In each cell put approx 1.5 tbsp of dough.
The dough was enough to fill only 10 cells. In the middle of each cell put one candy. (Better if in each cell to put the paper cuff to the candy did not melt and not stick to the bottom). The moulds put in a preheated 180 degree oven. After 20 minutes, muffins are ready. Usually I have them immediately removed from the cells. This time had to wait for the cool down to when removing not to damage the bottoms of the cupcakes.
White chocolate with hazelnuts to decorate the top of cupcakes. Chocolate with milk bring to boil.
The liquid chocolate is applied with a brush on the cupcakes.
