Cranberry Kuchen
1995, December 25, Two female students in the dormitory found in the fridge, mouse))) And there was a bit of sour yogurt and a couple eggs. In the freezer was a handful of berries frozen from the summer. Sugar and butter, scraped the bottom of the barrel the entire Dorm. So my friend was the first time I baked this pie. She's half German and the recipe was brought by her mother from her grandmother from Germany. The cake turned out awesome! And now, 20 years later, I baked this cake always a pleasure.   • Cinnamon

I brought the recipe as it is in the original. Of this amount, leaves a huge pie! I cook 2/3 of the recipe. Egg whisk with sugar white. In 1995 we had our normal white sugar. But with brown sugar pie taste better, richer! I have the sugar "Mistral"

On top sprinkle with crumbs. Bake first for 20 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees (the cake is well rise). Then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake until Golden brown. Check the readiness with a match
