Cake of eternal love
"For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (Evangelii from John 3 :16 ) This cake I baked for my parents, we went to visit. I love them very much, but my love is only the reflection of God's love for him. Tried as best I could. Thanks to all of you that are learning to cook! The cake came out just sooooo tasty and a little unusual. Welcome to the table!

Baked honey cakes. Honey, sugar 100 g butter 100 g — put in a water bath and heat until the sugar dissolves.

Add hydrated soda. It all has to turn into foam. Cook for another minute. Remove from the heat. Give a little to stand up (10 minutes), add 2 eggs and 2 cups flour. And for half an hour in the fridge.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Spread on the bottom of a split form (greased) cake. Bake at 180 degrees, about 10 minutes. Get two honey cake.

Now prepare custard eclairs. In 300 ml of water, add salt and 50 g oil. Bring to a boil. Make a small fire and add 2 cups of flour. It is kneaded. Remove from the heat. Give a little to cool down. Add 3 eggs and knead thoroughly. The formed eclairs-balls with wet hands and put on the laid baking paper baking sheet. Bake until cooked in the oven - 200 degrees, 20-30 minutes.

Cooking chocolate cream 100 ml milk or water 100 g sugar, 150 g butter, 250 g of chocolate bring to a boil, add the powdered milk (4 tablespoons). On melanom the fire to boil for about 1-2 minutes, carefully vymeshivaem. Remove, allow to cool. Prepare the rice cream. 300 ml of water and 3 tablespoons of rice to cook porridge so that all the water has vyparilas. Cook on slow fire. Porridge split in half. Marmalade sorted by color (red, orange, yellow, green). Leave a little bit of red for decoration. One half cereal and half a marmalade (red and orange), orange juice, a third of the banks condensed milk, mix, add 10 g of gelatine, 50 g of butter and heat on slow fire to dissolve the marmalade. Mix everything with a blender. To stand in a cool place (balcony). Do the same thing with the second half of porridge, but without the orange juice. Don't overdo in the cold to turn into a jelly (pictured rice cream)

Begin to collect the cake. One Korzh put in the split mold, it spread a chocolate cream and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Now plump spread on top of eclairs. On pink rice cream. Put in freezer for 10-15 minutes. Take it out and spread the greenish rice cream. Cover with a second honey cake.

Prepare the glaze. 50 g of water, 100 g of butter, a third of the banks of condensed milk, 2 tbsp sugar heat, stirring occasionally. Add 3 tbsp of powdered milk and 50 g coconut flakes. I took coconut flakes green color to the icing turned out like a weed. Bring to a boil. Give a little to cool and pour the cake.
