Boil the broth left over from chicken butchering waste (bones, skin). In the broth add chopped root ginger, halved leeks (or onions. onion), coarsely chopped carrots, leg of dill. Sprinkle lightly with salt. While cooking the soup, prepare the following ingredients. Chicken fillet cut into long strips 2-3 cm Shrimps (preferably to take the already cleared) to defrost. If not cleaned, then podgotovit accordingly. Lemon - cut a few thin slices. Beat egg. Starch be diluted with water in a ratio of approximately 1:1. Onion and red pepper cut into Chinese style. When the broth is ready, strain it through a sieve or cheesecloth, and again bring to boil. Once it boils, add slowly to avoid boiling the chicken. Proverjaem 2-3 min. Pour the juice of a quarter lemon (acid medium shrimp better give your taste). Then slowly shrimp. After 1-2 min. with vigorous stirring pour in a trickle of beaten egg (get the egg gossamer), followed by similarly diluted starch. Put several rings of hot pepper. A few minutes cook on medium heat, turn off, add the canned corn. When serving, sprinkle with green onions and herbs and put a slice of lemon. Bon appetit!
