Scones with baked Apple and cheese
Perhaps I will start my week with apples! I love baking with apples. Without exaggeration I will say that these cakes - bliss! Sweet, not cloying, with a crispy sugar crust, with a slight cheese flavor and random pieces of baked apples.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    0.5 kg

  • Flour

    195 g

  • Sugar

    65 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Cheese

    65 g

  • Cream

    60 ml

  • Chicken egg

Warm up the oven to 190 degrees. For Apple bread, we need respectively the apples, I had 4 major.

Generously flour the countertop and place the scone dough. With a rolling pin or with your hands (prisypaya flour) make a circle with a thickness of 1,5-2 cm, Cut the circle into 6 wedges.

Whisk the remaining egg with a pinch of salt. Grease the muffin on top and sprinkle with sugar.
