Cooking
Take the yeast, 2 tbsp spoons flour, sugar and half the warm water. Prepare the dough: to do this, let the mixture stand in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Once taposiris, add the remaining flour, water, juice, spices and grated cheese, finely chopped olives. Knead the dough. Add as needed flour or water.
Now put the dough into 1-1,5 hours in a warm place for it to rise.
