Cooking
My language, put in a pan, add half of orange, a sprig of parsley, brown sugar, and pour enough cold water to cover tongue. Cook for 2.5-3 hours.
Ready, hot language put in cold water and remove the skin. Put it with the broth and allow to cool for one hour.
While the language cools, cut sun-dried tomatoes, pre-drain the oil, olives cut in half.
