Stuffed with beet
I've put the recipe of the stuffed beets, but hot snacks, and now want to share the "cold" recipe. Why "Fur Coat"? The taste is very "fur" is similar, and the ingredients are almost the same. Perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    5 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Cream cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil or bake vegetables (beets, potatoes, carrots), onion (small onion) very finely chopped and marinated (vinegar, salt, sugar)

Vegetables to cool and clean

Beets cut in half (I cut at the equator), gently with a small knife or spoon to cut out the middle

Very small cubes cut midway beets, carrots, potatoes, salt, season with olive oil, add pickled onions

Add the chopped salmon (can be salmon, trout, mackerel or herring) and cream cheese (Almette, Philadelphia, Buko and mayonnaise), mix well

Fill the ground half of the beets and put to soak in the fridge for a few hours
