Salmon with a sauce of grapes
Not unusual, but delicious combination of fish with a spicy fruit sauce. Cooked very easy! Especially in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW ;)

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Rosemary

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Salmon fillet wash, dry and cut into portions. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice (0,5 tbsp), season with salt and white pepper. To enable multiverse, select the mode "Roasting", time 15 minutes.

In a heated bowl, put the salmon and fry it on both sides until it will turn brown. I don't use oil when frying salmon or trout, as this fish is quite oily by itself. If you consider using the essential oil, use olive.

While the salmon is fried, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, mix the wine, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice. Be sure to try and adjust the sauce to your taste, adding more if necessary, lemon juice, soy sauce, or honey! Put the sauce and cut the grapes, bring to boil and boil on low heat for 7-10 minutes. At the end of cooking add in the sauce and rosemary to taste. I used a pinch of dry. The prepared sauce to put on salmon and warm up the fish for 2-3 minutes.
