  • Tomato paste

Cook meat in water and kvass (take to swim water and kvass). Cook groats separately. Carrot fry. Beet to boil, fry, saute with tomato paste, sugar, salt, vinegar. When the meat is cooked, put the barley, shredded cabbage, boil for 15 minutes, then add carrots and beets, simmer 15 minutes, add the garlic and spices. Bon appetit.
