Cooking
Turkey fillet cleaned from films.
Crank through a meat grinder together with soaked in water white bread, onion and garlic
Add the eggs. Pour in the ouzo (anisette)
Add the soy sauce. Mince and knead thoroughly.
Add oregano, salt and pepper. Carefully beat the meat on a work surface. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After a specified time, with wet hands, soaking them in warm water, shape the meat balls about the size of a ping pong table, nothing more.
In a deep frying pan heat the oil for deep frying. Fry the balls until Golden brown.
