Natural pork cutlet on the bone
I offer juicy and fragrant natural cutlets paroxetine on the bone. A minimum of effort, a little bit of exposure, until the meat is marinated and delicious lunch or dinner on your table.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

This is our set of products. A pig cut into chops, 1 rib on the burgers. Each cutlet should be salt and sprinkle with herbs de Provence.

Prepare the marinade. For this mix the finely chopped garlic, seasoning, mustard with seeds, lemon juice, vinegar, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and honey.

RUB the chops with the sauce, cover with cling film and put in the fridge for a period of from 2 hours to 1 day.

Marinated chops fast fry in a pan until Golden brown to seal the inside of all meat juices and bring to readiness in the oven at t 220 degrees for 10 minutes. If You cook this dish of pork, the cooking time need to increase.

I have no working oven, so I had to fry the meatballs until cooked in a skillet. Hence their somewhat exaggerated sunburn. Try it! As always, it's quick, easy and very tasty! Bon appetit!
