Cooking
It's very simple. Ginger RUB on a small grater.
Pear peel and cut into fairly thick slices.
In a saucepan combine the pear, ginger, the juice of half a lemon and sugar.
Cover with a lid or cling film and leave somewhere for 1 hour.
After an hour put the pan on the fire, bring to boil, remove the foam and cook over medium heat for 30 min. Then to sterilized jars, and remember me winter evening)))
