Milk bread
Amazingly delicious bread that is very easy to prepare and always turns out! In my family it is one of the most beloved. The author - Olga cook, for which she thanks a lot. First time baked strictly according to the recipe - now simplified to ugliness and still every time taking out of the oven, the hand reaches for the camera - what a beautiful and lush on the inside.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast, cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. The egg slightly beat with a fork, sift the flour twice. In milk with yeast add salt and a Cup of sifted flour, mix, then add butter and egg (leave a little for greasing bread). Adding the remaining sifted flour, knead a soft dough, place on the table, sprinkle with flour, knead until smooth (I have kneaded right in the bowl).

Pan grease with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, even if it is a little sticky, nothing to worry about. Dough, put in heat for 1 hour until it has doubled in volume.(Now I don't grease the pan in which I put the dough - use a plastic and it does not stick). Form grease with butter (just bake on the baking sheet, covered with baking paper), punch down the risen dough with hands, greased with vegetable oil (I also now don't), to put into shape, to give rise to half-forms or slightly higher. Turn the oven to 180-200 degrees.

Bread gently smear the remnants from the egg, want to sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds (I always in this recipe, use sesame seeds), being careful not to shake the form to the bread to the donkey, but as for me, there is nothing to fear (nothing of such never happened), put in the still warm oven.

Bake until ready. If the top is heavily browned, you can cover the parchment. I have never such need arose. The bread to cool on a wire rack, covered with a clean towel.
