Description

Oat rolls with banana
This dessert is a lifesaver, not only for morning tea. You can take it with you to work and you will always have at hand an incredibly tasty vitamin bar. Cooked very quickly and simply. A mass of vitamins for the whole day. This dessert is loved by all, both children and adults. We always keep in the refrigerator for a bit some of that sugar. Ends one a double portion, immediately prepare another.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    40 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
To prepare the right ingredients. Forgot the honey substitute.
step-1
Cereal whole-grain TM Mistral and sunflower seeds to sprinkle on a dry pan.
step-2
Dry on a low heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Cool.
step-3
Fold in the bowl of a blender with the apricots and the mixture from the pan
step-4
Punching until fine crumbs, add the lemon juice and thick honey.
step-5
To break even with a blender to a viscous mass, but not stick to hands.
step-6
To distribute the weight of hands on cooking foil and roll out with a rolling pin. Weight absolutely is not sticky and well rolled. If will stick, add more ground oatmeal or roll out between two layers of film. Straighten edges, they are easy to cut with a silicone spatula.
step-7
Arrange the bananas, cut off the tips on both sides. The bananas were small, just enough for two pieces. Then you need to adjust if large.
step-8
Roll it up, so that joined edges, once cut, take the link and wrap it in several layers of film. Roll the loaf on the table. I have a double portion, there are two of such rolls. If you cook in the evening, leave in the fridge until morning. If needed urgently, for an hour or two in the freezer.
step-9
Slice the rolls on the rolls and serve with your morning tea or coffee, as I used to. Energy and vitamins for the whole day you provided. Enjoy your tea and good health!!!
