Oatmeal casserole with blueberries
Offer cook delicious oatmeal casserole with a crispy crust. And cook it very simple!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Blueberries

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

The glass - 240 ml. To prepare this casserole, I used the Hercules traditional wholegrain TM "Mistral". Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Combine oats, baking powder, salt, lemon zest, mix well.

In another bowl, pour the milk, add egg, brown sugar (if You like the pudding sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar), vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients with a mixer.

The form is smeared with one tablespoon of butter (I used a ceramic form of size 22*16 cm).

In the form pour half of dry mixture.

Then spread half of the blueberries.

Blueberries, sprinkle with remaining dry mixture, then blueberries.

Carefully pour out in the form of milk mixture, pour the remaining melted butter.

Bake the dish in a preheated 190 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Bon appétit!
