Cooking
Since this cake is my debut, I had to do everything empirically. The dough was salesianos twice. One serving includes: 1 Cup. sour cream, 150 g sugar, 1,5 stack. flour, 0,5 Cup. milk, 0.5 tsp soda and 1 tsp baking powder. The batter should be like thick pancakes. In the second portion add 1 tbsp of cocoa.
Tablespoon spread the pellet onto a form, pre shots baking paper and greased with oil.
Cook the custard and slide put our "leaves". Cream: 3 egg yolks, 2 tbsp flour and 1/2 stack. grind sugar in a bowl, add a little milk. Then the rest of the milk (400 ml) bring to a boil and introduce this mixture. Cook until thick. In chilled cream add the soft butter. I don't know how my cake looks like made from the leaves, but the forces had to work a lot. The pellets slide on the cream, everything becomes a mess... well, hardship.
