Casserole-style
Casserole-style "tart" with Fig, cherry and roasted garlic. For this casserole, I bought a book with different rice dishes. And was not disappointed (neither a book nor a casserole)). The food is hearty and delicious, and, I think, not beaten. Roasted garlic gives a special flavor, cherry is a small sour. Welcome, who cares!

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Cream

    60 ml

  • Cream cheese

For this recipe I used rice Indica gold. Boil the rice until tender and cool.

The cherry tomatoes cut into halves, garlic slices. Lay all covered with baking paper, a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, pepper, a little salt and bake in the oven at 180° for 20 min.

When the rice has cooled, mix it with cheese (ideally with cheese chedar, but either will work) and one slightly beaten egg.

Form grease with oil and spread rice mass, trambova the bottom and sides. Put in a preheated 200° oven and bake for 15 min.

The rice cool slightly and apply a layer of cream cheese. You can also use soft goat. I tried both options, tasty and so and so (and this is in spite of the fact that goat's cheese I don't like))

Cheese spread cherry tomatoes and garlic.

To prepare the dressing. Mix eggs with cream, salt and pepper. The fat can be any. I like 15%. Pour cherry.

Bake at 180° for about an hour. Slightly cool before serving. Delicious with a green salad. Bon appetit!
