Cooking
Soak gelatin in a glass of water.
Finely chop the fish, bell pepper and dill.
To prepare the curd with garlic.
Beat in a blender the cottage cheese, garlic and gelatin. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Then cast half, add to a blender with curry, and stir the mass for a few seconds.
