Iranian rice casserole with chicken
I was interested in the recipe for puff rice casserole, which met at the foreign culinary website. For this meal, prepare 2 different composition of the rice layer, between which is placed the prepared chicken pieces. Casserole in the original was prepared from rice cultivar "Basmati&am p;quot;, I used the "Basmati Mix". Turned out delicious, fragrant casserole with a Golden crust.

First, prepare the yogurt sauce. In a bowl combine yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt to taste, dried mint.

The rice is washed, pour water, add salt to taste, bring to a boil, lower the heat, and cook with the lid closed, about 6 minutes.
