Ingredients

  • Semolina

    2 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Soda

Products must be room temperature. Butter soft (not melted) to be able to take a table spoon. 1. Take 2 cups of semolina and pour into a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, mix soda (0.5 tsp) and yogurt (0.5 l) and stirred. Pour the yogurt into the bowl with the semolina, mix well to avoid lumps. Leave the bowl aside for half an hour.

3. Beat 4 eggs with 1 Cup sugar until white. Enter the sugar little by little.

4. Add in the egg mixture 8 tablespoons soft butter, vanilla, and again beat with a mixer.

5. Pour the egg mixture to the semolina. Knead the dough thoroughly. The dough was liquid, as for pancakes.

6. Take 3 molds (f=16 cm - I have molds under cakes), close the bottom with baking paper. Grease the paper with oil. Divide the dough into 3 parts and pour into molds.

7. Bake the cakes in a well-heated to 180 C oven for ~25-30 minutes. After 20 minutes, check on dry match.

8. Put the cakes on a dry towel do not cover, allow to cool.
