Orange-almond cakes
Very light and delicious cakes. In them there is not an ounce of flour and butter. In addition, they are very small, each no more than 100 calories. Prepared quickly and easily. The cake can be prepared 2 days before serving, so these cupcakes are great dessert for the holiday buffet table.

Ingredients

  • Orange

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Almonds

  • Sugar

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Ingredients.

1. Put the whole oranges with skin in boiling water and cook on slow fire about half an hour. Ready to cut the oranges in half and remove seeds.

2. Put the oranges (with skin) in a blender and grind to puree.

3. Eggs lightly whisk and add to the orange puree in the blender. Scroll again.

4. Add to blender sunflower oil, almonds, and sugar, and scroll in a blender until smooth.

5. Pour in the laid parchment baking sheet (35 x 25 cm) and bake at 190C for 40 minutes. The cake is completely cool.

6. Cut out 20 small cakes, place on a plate, on each cake to put a half-teaspoon of yogurt and berries or pomegranate seeds.
