Pot pie with chicken, mushrooms and cheese
Without false modesty, the cake turns out VERY tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To prepare the mushrooms, chicken fillet cut into small pieces, cheese to RUB on a large grater, all mix

Divide the dough into two pieces, approximately 1/4 to defer - it will be cap, and the remaining roll the dough (not too thinly, because it turns out a lot of toppings and the bottom can be torn) and put in the form

Onions cut into half rings and 1st layer spread on the dough

2nd layer mix chicken, mushrooms and cheese

Cut tomatoes into slices and lay on top, wrap edges of the dough inside and cover all with a lid

The edges of the cake to take and be sure to make a hole for steam output, because otherwise it will be a lot of juice! I decided not to do it and paid for it:-|, the bottom of my pie was soaked:-X, but the taste, fortunately, is not affected

Grease the pie with beaten egg and place in a preheated 180C oven for about 1 hour
