I propose to make an incredibly fragrant, sweet jam. Now perespevshy bananas can be bought very cheaply. For example today I took 15 rubles per kilogram.

4 kg

1.5 kg

Citric acid

2 cup
Cooking
Take the bananas.
Peeled, remove dark noses.
Break bananas into small pieces. Then mash into a puree.
In a bowl pour water, dissolve sugar, add citric acid. In syrup, spread with mashed banana.
Cook for 1.5 hours, stirring often. Spread into sterilized jars and preserve.
