Mardi Gras in full swing, and soon the Great post, and have enough to eat pancakes. Offer your pancake pie, unusual and delicious. You will be pleasantly surprised, the pancakes in this recipe is baked and the first "lump" will not be!

Cooking
Sift flour in bowl.
Pour the water and gradually add the milk while constantly whisking with a whisk or with a mixer, to avoid lumps. Season with salt, add sugar, beat eggs, pour vegetable oil (a couple tablespoons) and mix thoroughly.
In a hot pan, bake the dough pancakes.
Chicken (I took off the chicken thighs as the meat is juicier) cut into small dice.
Onions (1 PC.) to peel and slice finely. Korean carrot or slice of fresh peel and grate.
On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the chicken mince, add the carrots with the onions. After a couple of minutes add sour cream, curry, turmeric, dried herbs and salt. Put out a couple of minutes.
Mushrooms thawed and finely chopped, onion cut into cubes (1 piece).
On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the mushrooms until the liquid is evaporated. Then add the onion and fry until Golden brown. Salt.
Eggs boil, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens and combine with grated egg, salt.
On pancake spread the filling and roll in roll. The filling alternately to change.
Spread in a circle in a baking dish, in two rows.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Pie pour the milk and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven at maximum temperature until Golden brown.
