Prepare the filling: boil water, boil the poppy seeds for 1-2 minutes, strain (preferably through a cloth, because the poppy is a very fine grain) and mix it with sugar. Grind – I grind in a coffee grinder.

The oven is heated to 220 C. Grease the rolls with egg, whipped cream and prick the surface. Bake for 25-30 minutes until Golden brown.
