Vinaigrette with boletus
Despite the abundance of new delicious salads, vinaigrette is one of the most... delicious, favorite. Surprise is not going to, I just want to share option.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Boletus

    150 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

The time is specified without roasting beets, carrots and potatoes. You can also boil the vegetables.

Beets peel and cut into small dice. Sliced vinaigrette rules : no larger than the smallest of the whole ingredient. In my case, all the cut size ( +- ) green peas. Beets in a bowl, salt lightly and fill with fragrant sunflower oil and mix.

The same size chop the carrots, onions and pickles. Add to the beets.

The mushrooms drain on a sieve from the marinade and cut into slightly larger than all the rest. Let them stand out. Add to the bowl.

Slice the potatoes, drain on a sieve the peas and add to vegetables. Season with pepper and mix well.
