Pie with prunes and red currants
Today I decided to cook a simple tea cake with berries. Looking at the original recipe, decided to add margarine... I had a little cottage cheese added and it... and in the sweet pie sour currant... came out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Red currants

    180 g

  • Prunes

    20 piece

  • Cheese

    70 g

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add to them the melted margarine.

Add the cottage cheese. Add flour, soda, starch. Stir.

Prunes fill with boiling water.

At the bottom of the bowl pour half of the dough, spread the chopped prunes and currants. I took frozen (not thawed).

In the remaining dough add cocoa. Stir.

Spread on the berries. Put the mode "Pastries" - 60 minutes. Ready take out the cake using the bowl for roasting. Cool.

Optionally, you can top the cake with chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
