Granola bars. Very healthy dish that is easily prepared with your own hands. Quite simple ingredients are transformed into healthy, delicious, fragrant, sweet dish, which will give strength and energy! This recipe can be attributed to baking without eggs, flour and dairy products.

Oat flakes or muesli - 100 g
Dried fruit wash, dry. In this instance I used dried apricots, prunes, raisins and candied pineapple, and these various other supplements you can add to your taste.
The nuts I used only walnuts, but the more diverse the ingredients, the richer the taste will be.
Nuts and dried fruits grind.
Prepare the filling: slightly warm the honey (do not boil!) and to add oil, I use olive. Mix the honey, you can add more if there is bad stirred. The mixture should yield formation.
Form to lay a paper for baking and put mass, compacted very tightly, layer should be not less than 2 cm, if too thin will crumble. Can be shaped bars.
Bake until it will turn brown at 180 deg. (medium heat).
Cut into strips and serve. Such a miracle will replace any sandwich you can take with you to work or to give children in school. Bon appetit!!!
