Homemade bread with onions
Homemade bread does not go to any comparison with store-bought, and for its preparation you do not need any special products.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rye flour

    300 g

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Onions and garlic peel, chop and fry in hot oil.

Dissolve the yeast and a pinch of sugar in 1.5 cups of warm boiled water. Allow to stand until the mixture zarenitsa, about 5 minutes.

Add salt, egg and sauteed onion and garlic, dill. Mix well.

Pour half of sifted flour, stir well. All the time continuing to stir, gradually add the remaining flour. Put the dough on the floured surface and knead 10 minutes. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Punch down, put dough in the slow cooker, and turn on the control for 10 minutes, 40 degrees. And leave it there for 30-40 minutes (in a warm slow cooker it will fit).
