Austrian goulash soup
Soft, thick, sweet stew with meat and bacon, with sweet paprika.

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    60 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the bacon, onion, a clove of garlic. Fry in a bowl multivarki mode frying.

Add diced pork, ripe tomatoes, tomato paste, a pinch of sweet paprika and 2 cups of broth. Switched the slow cooker to "soup".

After 20 minutes add the potatoes, diluted in a little water flour, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cooked.
