I present to you the recipe of delicious chicken balls stuffed with tangerines and dried apricots with cranberry sauce.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into two halves along. If you make large beads, half cut and not to deploy fillet, as pictured.
Carefully beat them with a hammer every piece on the inside. Put on the middle of the breast a mixture of Mandarin and dried apricots.
To form a fillet of the bulb and firmly press down on all sides. Each ball to coat with oil.
On a double piece of foil (the foil pour 0.5 tbsp sunflower oil) put meat ball seam side down. Carefully pack the chicken inside the foil ball and again compress with your hands. Pretty bombs.

Bake the balls at a temperature of 220*C for 20-25 minutes. Ready balls to pull out of foil and serve with cranberry sauce.
