Casserole of zucchini in Italian
A quick dish from fresh vegetables. Simple, tasty and... a piece of Italy on your plate...

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • The creme fraiche

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

Tomatoes cut crosswise and pour the boiling water for 20 - 30 seconds. then rinse with cold water. To remove the skin.
