Description

New pasta
This dish was invented as something of itself. I was looking for a recipe with minced meat, read the different cooking options, but nothing suitable for yourself is not found. Something like, not enough. And I decided just to improvise. Didn't know that would happen, but to my delight it was very tasty, spicy and rich.

Required products
step-1
Cut the onion into half rings, pour into a heated pan with sunflower or olive oil (the pan will immediately take great) and pajarinen until prozrachnym. And add 0,5-1 tsp sugar (I often put in dishes of sugar, so they become more mild, sweet taste and is not for everybody, try it).
step-2
Then to the onions, pour the beef
step-3
Add salt, mix of pepper and Italian herbs - herbs sprinkled about 2 tsp. for a richer taste. All mix well and cook for 10-15 minutes until almost cooked meat.
step-4
...
step-5
So, 10-15 minutes to the mince add tomato paste, mix all and cook another 10 minutes until tender on a slow fire with the lid closed.
step-6
In the end, in ready forcemeat add finely chopped garlic (you can squeeze through the masher)
step-7
And finely chopped dill. I love the greens, the fennel gave the dish additional, fresh aroma and a note of the spring. You can take any other herbs to your taste: parsley, Basil, and green onions.
step-8
While preparing minced meat boiled in a little salted water pasta. Not worth much salt, as the beef "share" them among your spices.
step-9
Ready shells, pour the minced meat and mix everything carefully
step-10
Put all in a plate and sprinkle the top with grated cheese. You can add more greens.
step-11
The dish is ready! It turned out very tasty, the herbs gave a spicy taste and aroma. Family love to have a new dish!
