For this dish we must manage to get the bones of the legs so as not to break the legs themselves. This is hard and few succeed. We have recently appeared such things... chilled, which is important. But if such a focus you can't, you can just cut the legs cut the bone and make rolls. So, to prepare the legs. Pour any marinade to your taste for 30 minutes. Then wash off the marinade. Meat dry with a paper towel.

Then place legs in a baking dish, top, pour the pomegranate juice, pour a bit of water, 1/3 Cup and put in the oven. Bake at 200*C for 40 minutes. Every 10 minutes remove and pour the separated juice.
