Rolls Sunday
Very tasty, hearty, practical rolls, steamed. The recipe my German girlfriend Anya Tregub.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

  • Onion

    5 piece

Cooking

Knead dumpling dough, not very steep, and leave the rest.

Frozen meat cut in small cubes. The addition of a small amount of fat will increase the richness of the rolls.

Raw peeled potatoes cut in small cubes.

Onions also finely chopped.

Cabbage finely chopped.

Mix all the ingredients of the filling, season with salt and pepper fairly generously. To taste you can add available herbs.

Roll the dough into a sausage and cut into fairly large washers. Slices very thinly roll out.

Rolls spread on a greased sheets of Montevarchi. Cook steamed for 45 minutes.

Ready rolls serve with butter or sour cream. The rolls are very tasty, if fried in butter.
