Apricot mousse on serum
Sweet and not harmful, and even very useful! Per serving 4 g protein, 10 g carbs, 0 g fat and only 50 calories!!! Ladies, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Serum

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Vanilla

To prepare this dessert, we need only 3 products: apricot low-calorie jam D arbo, serum (which remains after making cheese) and gelatin. Soak gelatin in 50 g of cool water and leave for half an hour.

Jam is heated almost to boiling, remove from heat and dissolve therein while stirring the soaked gelatin. After that, combine with the serum. Optionally add a pinch of vanilla (if gelatin is highly purified, it is better to do without the vanilla).

Put the mass in the refrigerator until firm (about 30 minutes).

Cooled frozen mass, beat on high speed of mixer about 10 minutes to light, breezy look. Weight will increase slightly in volume.

Spread the mousse on kremanka or glasses and put in refrigerator for 5 minutes. After this dessert can be served. The mousse can be stored in the refrigerator for about a day.
