Fake capers
Pickled buds for vegetarian food, gourmets and lovers of experiments. Do not worry, and think about their use.

Towards evening we (me and my two men) went to check on the dandelion field to pick flowers and to cook jam.

Buds large and strong. At the time for marinating.

I didn't collect a lot of buds. Well, small two or three jars.

The buds are likely to start up in business, or they will quickly warm to be revealed. I washed with cold water. And filled in very salty cold water for a while, until I sterilize jars and prepare the marinade (salt removes the bitterness).

For the marinade made all that was at hand. Not enough leaves or twigs of black currant for flavor. You can put a leaf of cherry, hell... for strength of concrete.

A marinade. In the water put salt and sugar. In boiling water add spices. A few seconds the sauce to boil and remove from heat... pour the Buds for draining water in a sieve. Jars and lids ready. Fill them tightly with buds and fill it with the strained marinade to the brim (the buds a lot of liquid will take in). Pour a bit of vinegar and tighten the lids, place in a pot of water stereotatic (not to burst the banks, the water should be in the pan warm, not cold). Time for sterilization at Your discretion. I have jars with buds boiled for 15 minutes.

Small jars I sterilized in a pot with a closed lid. There were two large cans. One burst. Perhaps the Bank was defective. Sorry, but the buds had to be thrown away (how many flowers I should not ruined).
