I have been thinking to post this recipe or not. The fact is that before cooking I looked it up on the website, but in vain. Apparently, the stars have not stood))) Wrote on everyone, and now here the search engine has written a curd and I found (I'm always looking at the ingredients, because the names can be different). In the proposed variants use cheese and only one - the curd, which is simply lost among the rest. But it turns out cookies are insanely delicious, just weightless and literally melts in your mouth. I would be glad if you remind someone long-forgotten recipe. Ingredients

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    300 g

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and the chopped butter. Whisk everything with a mixer until creamy.

Then add in cottage cheese, the yolks, the flour and baking powder. The sugar in the dough is NOT NECESSARY. Flour is better to add gradually, starting with the 200 gr.

Knead the dough, it should be soft and elastic but not stick to hands. It should be covered and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
