Walnut cake with chocolate cream
Very effective, simple and tasty dessert.

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Corn flakes

    50 g

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

The nuts and flakes grind in a blender, add sesame seeds and honey, mix well.

Silicone molds half-fill with walnut mixture with a spoon to compact. Remove in the cold.

Chocolate to melt, cool. Whisk cream to soft peaks, add the chocolate and whisk until a thick mass.

To get a piece of cold, carefully remove from the molds. Brush each with 1 tsp jam (any ).

The cream is put in a pastry bag with a nozzle asterisk, and press into a cake in the shape of pinecones. Before serving keep in the refrigerator.
