Crème brûlée translates as burnt cream. To prepare the classic version of this wonderful dessert uses the yolks, sugar, milk, cream and vanilla. Detailed recipes are provided on this site, including me. But I love creme brulee that I can not share version with chocolate, as part of my star of the week! Cooking
Mix cream and milk, heat the mixture (but do not boil!) and add broken pieces of chocolate, stir until smooth.
Yolks lightly whisk with sugar, add hot milk-chocolate mixture, gently mix, being careful not to form foam and bubbles on the surface.
Preheat the oven to 150 gr. The mixture is placed in a refractory portion of the mold, then move to a baking pan in the oven. The pan carefully fill with boiling water until the middle of the molds with the cream.
Cook 25-35 minutes, after this time, the cream needs a little shake. Leave it to cool, then refrigerate. Before podaci sprinkle each mold with 1 tbsp brown sugar and flamborough with a special gun.
