Cooking

step-0
Our original products. I cooked half the norm.
step-1
Separate the whites from the yolks
step-2
Put into a bowl soft butter, fill with the sugar, add vanilla sugar, zest and lemon juice.
step-3
Mix with a blender until roughly smooth and add the yolks
step-4
Mix well
step-5
Mix semolina "Mistral" with the pudding powder or starch, and baking powder, add into the butter mixture
step-6
Then add the cheese. Mix into a homogeneous mass
step-7
Whisk the whites until the state foam soap
step-8
Spread the beaten egg whites to the curd mass, gently and briefly mix up the proteins folding movements from the bottom up.
step-9
Cottage cheese spread in a greased form, levelling the surface. My form is small, about 18 cm in diameter.
step-10
Bake until bright Browning in the oven at 175 gr. around 35 minutes. Leave the cheesecake in turned off oven for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven.
step-11
Take out the cheesecake from the mold and, if desired, sprinkle surface with powdered sugar. However, be prepared!
step-12
Do not rush, allow the cheesecake to cool. Warm cheesecake is tasty, but quite cold - a very, very, very tasty!!!
