Banana cake with black currant
Suggest You try the banana cake with a silky texture and slight acidity of black currant. Cake with the aroma of summer. It's more of a cupcake into a cake, but as it is not talk dirty, delicious anyway! Very we like it, bake often.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    250 g

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Black currants

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Beat eggs with brown sugar and vanilla sugar in the lush mass. Add the yogurt, mix well.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix again.
