The first time I tried these pancakes at the cafe "Blekberi&a mp;quot; and I liked them so much that wanted to repeat them at home! Chicken fillet stuffing with mashed potatoes and Apple-garlic sauce, very tasty and juicy!

Cooking
Bake pancakes on your favorite recipe. Importantly, the pancakes were average thickness. Fat should not be, because the taste of the toppings will not be as pronounced, but subtle and should not be, because the filling will break the pancake.
Peel the potatoes, cut into big pieces and boil until tender in salted water.
Fillet cut into small pieces.
Pour oil in a pan, heat and fry the meat. Lightly salt and pepper.
Drain the broth from the potatoes (do not pour!) and add the butter.
Potatoes chop into a puree, adding the cream mixed with potato broth (50 ml of cream + 50-100 ml broth).

To combine the mashed potatoes with Apple.
Add 50 ml of cream and chopped garlic.
Mix thoroughly. Season with salt to taste.
Put in the middle of the pancake fried fillet.
