Crisp toast in an omelet
Very quick Breakfast of the usual products. Omelette with greens, onions and eggplant, and inside - crispy toast. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Baton

    3 slice

  • Butter

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs, beat with a fork.

Finely chop the dill and onions.

Add the dill and chopped onion to the eggs. Sprinkle with salt, stir.

I added pre-cooked eggplant. I cut it in small pieces. But it is possible and without it.

Add flour and milk, stir.

Baton cut into strips.

Divide the dough into two parts. I fried in butter. The first part of the test spread on a heated pan with oil.

Immediately put on the dough loaf. And fry for a few minutes.
