This gorgeous roulade is a decoration on the festive table. The combination of salmon with salty feta cheese and herbs, just magical. Roll serve and serve with slices of mango, oranges and green salad.

Cooking
To cook feta cheese, spinach, parsley
Cheese mash, greens finely chop and mix everything together with a fork or in a container until soft and smooth, adding liquid a little lemon juice, if needed
