Cooking
Turn the oven on 175 degrees. A small baking dish grease with butter. Whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Add the cottage cheese, rubbed through the sieve, baking powder and salt.

Add chopped pieces of banana.
Spoon the batter into the baking dish. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Before serving cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
