Beetroot
The beetroot is almost only vegetables. But the taste is wonderful. Instead of broth you can add water, if diet allows, you can put the pieces of boiled lean meat. Again, if you allow the diet, when fighting, you can add a little vegetable oil and sugar if the beets by nature are very sweet. Per serving broth 250 ml only 80 calories.

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

If the beetroot broth, then first boil the broth. If the water - start with vegetables.

Finely shinkuem onions, carrots, beets. Put in a saucepan, pour broth or water.

The broth should just hide the vegetables. Simmer 30 minutes on low heat.

Add the tomato, sugar (beets, I was not very much), vinegar. Simmer until cooked beets.

Put the filling into the broth, wait for boil. Salt. Add the garlic and dill.
