Pancakes with pork in Danish
"Danish Pork Pancakes" Dear friends, let me introduce you to another delicacy from the personal chef of the great detective Nero Wolfe, Fritz Brenner. The pancakes are savory and hearty. With plums on the fan, but I like it very much! Quite an interesting taste.

I bake pancakes in a small pan 13х13см. It is advisable to take the pan as possible.

Grease the pan (once) and pour a small ladle to portion the dough, raising the pan over the fire and making a quick circular motion until the dough is distributed throughout the surface. After about 30 seconds flip the pancake to other side and cook for another 10 seconds.

Put the finished pancake on a dish, greased with a little butter. Continue baking pancakes until all batter is used.
