Cooking
Two cups to make 2 mixes: 1) Mix the flour with salt and soda. 2)Mix the egg with the milk. Add the vegetable oil and sugar.
Combine these 2 mixtures and mix thoroughly.
Form of grease with butter, sprinkle with semolina and pour the mixture.
The mixture is spread plums cut up (pre-cut into 2 halves and remove the seeds)
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Remember that cinnamon has a rather sharp spicy aroma and try not to overdo it.
Add the pieces of butter and put in a preheated 230 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Get our pie. The finished cake easily separates from the form, but in view of the fact that the filling of fresh plums are very juicy, try to wait cool the cake in the baking dish (otherwise it may fall apart).
